We hold ISO27001 accreditation for our “whole business” including our software design studio and our own purpose built data centre.
We have an active Information Security Management System which controls the full software development lifecycle and the way we store and process customer data.
The learner data is stored in encrypted databases. We use up to date security technology to ensure that the Tracker product and our data centre is very secure.

Our own purpose built data centre is incredibly secure with only 4 people having been authorised to access the data centre in the last 5 years. The data centre itself is very environmentally friendly with use of secure external ducts and fans where possible to reduce cooling needs to the absolute minimum. Our data centre is protected by intruder alarms, fire and heat alarms, two separate CCTV systems and a re-enforced steel door. Inside the data centre, the servers and all the network infrastructure is housed in locked secure cabinets.
The Tracker web application is protected by two factor authentication for all users, but we also have a smart switch that can recognise locations and speed the process for logging in. This makes the system very user friendly – this is a very popular feature: the infosec guys love it as it still uses 2FA, and frequent users love it because it saves time but still keeps their data totally secure.
